About the Role Worxweb Solutions is hiring Health Insurance Agents for a growing insurance agency in Boca Raton, FL. This role centers on helping individuals find and enroll in Affordable Care Act health plans while building a meaningful career in insurance sales. With inbound client opportunities, structured training, and ongoing leadership support, this position is an excellent fit for licensed agents who are ready to grow their skills and their income. What You Will Do Handle inbound inquiries from individuals seeking health insurance coverage. Guide clients through ACA plan options and complete enrollments accurately. Educate clients on supplemental insurance products that complement their primary coverage. Maintain compliant and accurate enrollment records. Deliver a professional, supportive experience that builds lasting client relationships. What We Are Looking For Active health insurance license required. (TX/ FL + 4 other state licensures) 2026 FFM Marketplace Certification required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple client interactions in a fast-paced environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to compliance and accuracy. Compensation $20 per enrolled member. Double monthly bonuses on ancillary product sales. $1,500 retention bonus paid in increments at 30, 60, and 90 days. Strong overall earning potential tied directly to production volume. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Saturday availability preferred.
