Job Description

Mighty Dog Roofing SWFL is a leading roofing contractor serving Southwest Florida with a reputation for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer service. We specialize in both insurance-related storm damage restoration and retail roofing projects, and we're growing fast. We're looking for a driven, experienced sales professional to join our team and help homeowners and businesses protect their most valuable asset. The Opportunity This is a high-earning opportunity for a motivated sales professional who knows how to navigate the insurance claims process and close retail roofing projects. You'll manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and inspection to contract signing and project handoff — while building lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. What You'll Do Prospect and generate leads through canvassing, referrals, realtor partnerships, and community networking Inspect residential and commercial roofs and document storm/wind damage Guide homeowners through the insurance claims process from filing through final approval Work directly with insurance adjusters on-site to ensure full and accurate claim settlements Present and close retail roofing projects for customers not going through insurance Educate customers on roofing materials, warranty options, and the scope of work Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently to move leads through the sales process Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets Maintain accurate records in CRM software What We're Looking For 2+ years of roofing sales experience, with demonstrated success in both insurance restoration and retail sales Strong working knowledge of the insurance claims process (Xactimate familiarity a plus) Ability to read and interpret insurance estimates and scope of loss documents Comfortable climbing roofs and conducting thorough damage inspections Excellent communication and presentation skills — you can explain complex processes simply Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline Valid driver's license and reliable transportation CRM experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission Average first-year earnings: $75,000-$100,000 Top performers earn $150,000+ Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Gas card Phone Allowance Full benefits package (health, dental, vision) 401(k) Ongoing training and professional development Clear path to sales management for top performers Why Join Us Strong brand reputation with high close rates on qualified leads Dedicated production team so you stay focused on selling — not managing jobs Supportive leadership that invests in your growth A culture that rewards hustle and results
