Job Overview We're hiring an Insurance Sales Representative — and no, you don't need insurance experience. What we're looking for is a positive attitude, a real willingness to learn, and the ability to take coaching. Bring that, and we'll handle the rest: paid training, license sponsorship, and a career path with real earning potential. Responsibilities Connect with prospective members by phone and walk them through their Medicare coverage options Ask the right questions to understand each person's health needs, budget, and preferences — then match them to the plan that genuinely fits Guide the full sales process, from first conversation through enrollment Keep accurate records of every call and sale in our system Consistently work toward daily and weekly sales goals, with coaching and support from your manager Follow insurance compliance requirements — we train you on exactly what this means, so you're never guessing Stay coachable: use feedback from every call to sharpen your pitch Requirements 18 years or older (required for insurance licensing) High school diploma or equivalent Natural sales ability — people-facing experience in retail, food service, customer service, or any role counts. No insurance or sales background required Coachable, competitive, and consistent — this is a phone sales role with daily goals and daily coaching Reliable attendance and dependable transportation to our call center Basic computer skills — we'll train you on our systems Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to pass a background check (required for state insurance licensing)
Pay:
$83,843.21 - $152,967.21 per year
