We are seeking highly motivated, Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our ACA team! As one of our ACA Team licensed health insurance agents, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while analyzing insurance needs to sell insurance policies to clients. This is a great opportunity for those who are licensed to sell health insurance, are passionate about sales and have a strong understanding of insurance products. Licensed health insurance agents with experience selling Medicare products are also encouraged to apply!What We Provide:

We are looking for licensed health insurance agents with a passion for sales to match the high quality leads that we provide Analyze client's insurance needs accordingly, provide appropriate coverage options, and assist client in selecting the best plan based on the client's needs Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns Utilize telemarketing and outside sales techniques to close sales and follow up with pending applications to get best sales conversion rate Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives, we are looking for team players! Stay current with industry trends and changes in insurance policiesExperience:
Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' insurance needs accurately Ability to effectively market health insurance ACA plans to potential clients, communicating product features and benefits clearly to customers A track record of meeting or exceeding targets is preferred, including knowledge of HIPAA regulations in relation to sales activities Call center experience An active 2-15 or 2-40 health insurance license A current, 2026 FFM Licensing in additional states Experience with Health Sherpa is a plus! Experience using Convoso dialer is a plus! Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus Team player, takes direction, doesn't have an ego Punctual and responsible. We will fire you if you no call, no show.Job Type:
Full-Time, On-site, 9 am- 5:30 pm, Monday
- Friday and Extended hours during OE, 9 am
- 8 pm, Monday
- Friday, and two weekends per month.
ABSOLUTELY NO REMOTE!
Commission:
$75,000-150,000Benefits:
