About Caliber Insurance We are a Medicare insurance agency licensed in 50 states, specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary products. Our modern, professional office is located in West Delray Beach at Jog and Linton — and we take care of our own marketing so our agents can focus entirely on what they do best: helping clients. What you'll do Consult over the phone with Medicare-eligible clients to help them select the right Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan Enroll clients across 50 states using our in-house lead pipeline Sell ancillary insurance products What we're looking for Active Florida 2-40 (Health) insurance license — required Florida 2-15 (Life, Health & Variable Annuity) license — strongly preferred Strong communication skills Experience in Medicare, health insurance, or financial services a plus Professional, reliable, and genuinely passionate about helping seniors What we offer $800-$1,000+ weekly base pay to start Commission on every enrollment, plus weekly production bonuses Weekly paychecks Paid training and onboarding from day one AHIP certification assistance provided State licensing support — we'll help you get licensed in any states you need Warm leads provided — no cold calling, no prospecting Structured, predictable hours — Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, no evenings or weekends
