Job Description

Life Insurance Sales Agent — Remote 1099 Independent Contractor | Commission-Only | Uncapped Earnings Potential | Full-Time & Part-Time We're looking for self-starters who turn ambition into action. At Lipson Life Group , we're looking for highly disciplined, self-motivated individuals who want to build a legacy, not spend their entire career building someone else's dreams. This is an opportunity for someone who understands that flexibility comes with responsibility. What You'll Do Contact prospective clients, handle objections, schedule appointments, and follow up. Meet with families by phone or video to understand their needs and existing coverage. Explain suitable life insurance options, answer questions, and help clients make informed decisions. Complete applications accurately and support clients through approval and beyond. Manage your schedule, track your activity, and sharpen your sales skills. Who We're Looking For You have big goals for your future and you're ready to back them with action. You want to build something of your own, develop valuable skills, and continue to grow. We're looking for people who: Take initiative. You set goals, organize your time, and follow through without needing a daily push. Put coaching into practice. You ask questions, welcome honest feedback, and apply what you learn. Stay consistent. You keep your activity high and continuously improve your skills, even when results take time. Earn trust. You listen, communicate clearly, and put the client's needs ahead of making a sale. Want more for themselves. You want to mentor others, lead a team, build a business and earn passive income. Insurance experience is welcome, but we also consider (and celebrate) career changers. You must hold the required insurance license (Life & Health) or be willing to obtain one with our support before you make sales. What You Get You work independently, but you do not need to figure everything out alone. You bring ambition and work ethic. We provide training, mentorship, and support to help you turn them into skills. Training from the start. Licensing support, onboarding, and ongoing training to help you learn the business and keep improving. Mentorship as you grow. Guidance and a collaborative team to help you work through questions and develop your approach. More options for your clients. Access to multiple insurance carriers so you can recommend coverage based on the family—not force every family into the same product. Room to build beyond your own sales. As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistency, you can pursue opportunities to mentor agents, grow a team, and work toward building your own agency. Flexibility to organize your work. Work remotely, full-time or part-time, with a schedule you build around your goals and priorities. Compensation and Expectations This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role . Commission contracts start at 80% and can grow as high as 130% . Earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Before you join, we'll review how commissions work, when commissions may need to be repaid, and any required or optional start-up costs. Full-time and part-time candidates are welcome. Either requires a strong schedule with consistent time for calls, appointments, training, and follow-up.
