Health Insurance Agent

Job Overview We are seeking motivated and compassionate Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This role focuses on helping individuals and families access essential insurance products while providing outstanding customer service to our community.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with insurance applications and policy enrollment Educate customers on available coverage options ( Health, Medicare, Medicaid assistance, etc.) Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions Maintain accurate client records and documentation Follow compliance guidelines and company procedures Build strong relationships with clients and community partners Participate in outreach events and office-based sales activities Meet individual and team performance goals

Qualifications:

Active Florida Insurance License (2-20 or 2-15 preferred; 4-40 considered) Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Ability to work independently and in a team environment Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented Basic computer skills and CRM experience a plus
