Increase home health admissions and achieve monthly sales goals. Execute strategic territory management plans. Educate referral partners on Concierge Home Care's services. Coordinate smooth patient transitions from hospital or facility to home. Serve as a trusted healthcare resource within the community. Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure outstanding patient outcomes. Maintain CRM documentation and referral activity. Represent Concierge Home Care at networking events and community outreach opportunities. Qualifications Required Healthcare sales experience or strong clinical experience with existing healthcare relationships Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Auto insurance Preferred Existing referral relationships within Bay or Gulf County Experience in: Home Health Hospice Medical Sales Pharmaceutical Sales DME Sales Clinical Liaison Healthcare Business Development Hospital Sales Clinical licensure (RN, LPN, PTA, COTA) Ready to Grow Your Career?
