• Full-time Description Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated and personable Licensed Sales Agent to join our growing team in Tampa, FL.

This is an in-office, client-facing role focused on building strong local relationships and serving the insurance needs of your community.

This is not a remote position. You must have active Property, Casualty, and Life insurance licenses prior to employment.

Compensation:

Training salary: $55,000

Active state licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (required)

Experience:

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
