If you are looking for a career change, or a growth opportunity then we are happy to connect with you! The insurance sales representatives will be responsible for recommending and identifying risk management strategies for customers by advising the correct insurance solutions. Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Uphold the wants and needs of your customers Requirements
  • A Property & Casualty license (Required)
  • Life & Health license (Nice to have or ability to obtain within 3 months of hiring)
  • 2+ year insurance experience (preferred)
  • English/Spanish bilingual (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
  • Personality assessment must be completed for an interview.
