Independent insurance agency is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused professional to join our team! This is more than just an insurance job—we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people, and finding solutions that protect what matters most to our clients.
Location:
Lakeland, FL Full-Time | Monday - Friday Competitive Pay +
Bonus Opportunities What You'll Do:
✅ Generate new business through referrals, leads, and relationship building ✅ Review customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage ✅ Cross-sell and identify opportunities to better protect our clients ✅ Provide outstanding customer service and policy support ✅ Work with multiple insurance companies to find the best solutions ✅ Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners
