  • Team Fun - lunches, parties & outings Responsibilities Manage incoming and outbound calls to existing customers.
Meet with customers to review existing policies and identify any additional needs they may have to protect their families. Provide information to customers about our insurance and financial service products. Handle customer questions/requests and provide timely, accurate service. Work with the agent/team to support overall marketing goals. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. We Are Seeking Strong communication and positive mindset. Highly motivated and organized. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Experience in sales preferred. Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license (or ability to obtain quickly). Requirement
  • People-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Reliable and ethical.
  • Ability to pass state & federal background check.
  • Experience in customer support or sales position. Compensation
  • $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Schedule & Work Location
  • Full-time - in office
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am-5:00pm
