What You'll Do Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, text and in person. Learn about customers' needs, goals, and budgets to recommend appropriate insurance coverage. Generate new business through referrals, follow-up, networking, and assigned leads. Explain policy options, coverage details, and pricing clearly and accurately. Maintain client relationships by providing responsive service and identifying additional coverage opportunities. Meet individual sales and customer-service goals while maintaining high ethical standards. Keep accurate records in our CRM and follow all licensing, compliance, and company procedures. What We're Looking For A positive, goal-oriented professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. 4-40 or 2-20 required 1 year Insurance Sales Experience required Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, video, and in person. Organized, dependable, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
