We are looking for a driven professional who can quote, close, and manage policies while delivering strong customer service. This role is ideal for someone who wants consistent lead flow, strong earning potential, and growth in commercial lines . Responsibilities Quote and bind homeowners, dwelling fire, and commercial policies Handle inbound leads and outbound follow-ups Cross-sell additional products (auto, GL, business policies) Review coverage and provide tailored solutions to clients Maintain retention and build long-term relationships Work with multiple carriers to find competitive options Requirements Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 license (required) Experience with homeowners insurance (HO3, DP policies) and/or commercial lines Strong sales skills and ability to close Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation Base salary + commission (based on experience) Bonus opportunities tied to production Access to high-quality inbound leads
