Responsibilities Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to promote insurance products. Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies, including health, life, auto, and property coverage. Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and ensuring accurate documentation within CRM systems. Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to bilingual or multilingual clients, ensuring they understand their options fully. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones through targeted outreach. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy benefits, and assisting with claims or benefits administration when needed. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively convey product value propositions. Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills for evaluating client data and market trends. Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Knowledge of insurance sales practices, HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and telemarketing techniques is a plus. Experience in customer service roles that require active listening, problem-solving, and relationship building. Ability to adapt marketing strategies based on analysis insights and customer feedback to maximize outreach success.
