About the Role We're a growing ACA (Affordable Care Act) insurance agency looking for motivated, sales-driven individuals to join our Plantation, FL office. This is a full-time, year-round position with real earning potential — our commission structure on ancillary and indemnity plans is well above industry norm, and every completed application pays out on top of a guaranteed hourly base. What You'll Do Sell Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance plans to inbound and/or assigned leads Educate clients on plan options, coverage, and enrollment through the Marketplace Offer and sell ancillary and indemnity products to complement ACA enrollments Guide clients through the application and enrollment process from start to finish Maintain accurate records of client interactions and completed applications Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance benchmarks Stay current on ACA guidelines, carrier plan changes, and enrollment periods What We're Looking For A motivated, results-driven attitude — this is a sales role, and top performers are rewarded Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable on the phone and in person Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow within the company Prior sales or call center experience preferred but not required Active Health & Life Insurance License (2-15) preferred — or willingness to obtain one; ask us about support getting licensed Ability to work onsite in Plantation, FL full-time Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $21/hour Per-application bonus: $25 for every completed application
