What you'll do Talk to real prospects every day — this is phone sales with quality leads, not door knocking Walk clients through their ACA plan options, explain benefits and costs clearly, and help them enroll Use our dialer and CRM to manage your pipeline Stay sharp on plan changes, carrier updates, and ACA regulations — we'll help you do it What we're looking for Active health insurance license (215 or 240 preferred) Phone sales or call center sales experience — you know how to build trust fast and close Comfortable with CRM systems and dialer software, or quick to learn them Coachable, competitive, and consistent — you show up and put in the reps Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Why join us?
