Licensed Insurance Sales and Customer Service Agent- Property & Casualty (Must be Licensed)

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Lines Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and effectively. Duties Prospect and generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outreach. Sell personal and commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies. Manage the full sales cycle from quoting to closing. Provide excellent customer service to maintain high retention rates. Cross-sell and re-write policies to maximize client coverage and agency growth. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Comply with state insurance regulations and agency standards. Requirements Active Florida 2-20 General Lines (P&C) License 4-40 license - required Prior sales experience in personal and/or commercial P&C insurance. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-based environment. Strong organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.
