  • Limited Positions Available NobleCare Insurance is expanding our West Palm Beach sales team and actively seeking motivated, licensed insurance agents who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales.
Unlike many agencies that slow down after Open Enrollment, we operate year-round with consistent inbound lead flow. Our agents speak daily with individuals actively requesting health insurance information. This is NOT a cold-calling opportunity. Calls come from prospects who are already requesting health insurance information. This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation $700 weekly production draw Uncapped commissions paid weekly Average agents earn $1,000

  • 6:00 PM Location 2005 Vista Parkway West Palm Beach, FL 33411 Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from interested prospects Educate clients on health insurance plan options Assist with enrollments and applications Follow up with interested prospects Maintain CRM notes and activity tracking Work toward weekly production goals Ideal Candidate Motivated and income-driven Comfortable speaking with clients by phone Strong communication skills Active health insurance license required 2-15 or 2-40 Sales experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Coachable and self-motivated Why NobleCare Insurance Many agencies slow down after the enrollment season.
