Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase sales. Provide expert advice on insurance products tailored to clients' individual needs and financial goals. Conduct detailed needs analyses to recommend appropriate coverage options and policy solutions. Manage client accounts including policy renewals, claims assistance, and updates. Participate in ongoing training programs and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Collaborate with district leadership and team members to achieve and exceed sales targets. Requirements Proven sales experience or strong desire to develop a career in insurance sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving performance goals. Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with diverse clients. Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to undergo comprehensive training. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a high-performance culture. Availability to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with occasional events or client meetings outside standard hours.
