Dan Combs State Farm is hiring a Customer Relations Representative in Ellijay, GA offering dependable weekday hours, a supportive office environment, and benefits you can build on. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service on inbound calls and walk-in customer visits Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately Qualifications No prior insurance experience required Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license Positive, professional, customer-first attitude Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Pay range: $45,000-$70,000 per year This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
