Licensed Insurance Agent

We are seeking a motivated and sales driven Licensed Insurance Agent to join our new location in Atlanta, GA at Bryant K Thompson State Farm. The base salary is $40k plus uncapped commission and bonuses which can surpass $100k+

Responsibilities :

• Prospect and generate new leads by identifying potential customers and reaching out to them through various channels such as calls, emails, and text.
• Conduct thorough insurance reviews with new and existing customers to understand their coverage needs and recommend appropriate policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to customers, explaining coverage options and premiums in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements :

• Experience in insurance sales or account management, preferably in the property and casualty insurance and/or life and health insurance industry.
• Active insurance license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a self-motivated and proactive approach to customer service.
