Responsibilities Help families protect what matters most with Life Insurance plans Follow our Proven System to move into leadership within 90-180 days Conduct in-person client appointments (leads provided) Work directly with agency leadership to develop personal and team production goals Attend training calls and team meetings (virtual & local) Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and build relationships. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client expectations while aligning with company guidelines.
