Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Account Manager to join a local Insurance Brokerage. his role requires a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of the insurance landscape and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the insurance industry and a strong background in managing, quoting, and maintaining clients' insurance policies. Hours Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met and policies are up to date. Quote new and existing commercial insurance policies, providing clients with the best options available. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and support. Utilize insurance software such as TAM and other relevant platforms to efficiently manage client information and policy details. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the local market to provide clients with the most relevant and competitive insurance solutions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry. Previous experience in commercial insurance highly preferred. Experience utilizing insurance software such as TAM or others. A valid Producer License is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with the local market. Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills. Ability to multitask and problem-solve. #OFFICE_
