Insurance Agent

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyze client requirements, and a passion for sales. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized service and support. Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including benefits administration. Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base. Manage sales administration tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, coverage options, and claims processes. Stay informaed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide up-to-date information to clients. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a focus on insurance being a plus. Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to analyze various insurance products. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience in outside sales is advantageous.
