Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Health Insurance Dental Insurance Requirements Life and Health Insurance Producer License (Illinois). Proven success in a sales or customer-facing role. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine desire to help people understand and secure their financial future. Organized and detail-oriented approach to managing client information and follow-ups. Comfortable working independently and as part of a supportive team. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and current clients to understand their life insurance needs and financial goals. Present and explain various State Farm life insurance products clearly and effectively. Guide clients through the application and underwriting process with care and attention. Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through proactive communication. Assist clients with policy service needs and address any inquiries they may have. Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective goals and enhance the client experience.
