P&C INSURANCE PRODUCER A

well-established insurance and financial firm has an opening for a licensed P&C agent (or be willing to get licensed in 90 days). Competitive base salary based on experience + commission + bonuses, and earned vacation hours, plus other on the job perks. Ideal candidates will have their P&C license, they would be bi-lingual in Spanish, be detail oriented, have excellent computer skills, telephone skills and people skills, understand compliance, think on their feet and will work well with others. They need to be able to take direction well and also be a team player. We are looking for people with experience in insurance or willing to learn in a short space of time. We are a family oriented company and our co-workers are treated like family. Our new P&C Agent would ideally have similar values and would look to grow within the company and enjoy the rewards for long term employment. Hours 9am-5pm Mon-Friday & Every other Saturday 10-4pm at our location close to Midway Airport.
