Insurance Sales Representative (P&C Licensed)

We are seeking a motivated and licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing agency. Compensation Base Salary starting at $42,000 +

Commission On-Target Earnings:

$48,000 - $100,000+ annually Uncapped earning potential based on performance Key Responsibilities Sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and outreach Build and maintain long-term client relationships Educate clients on policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions Utilize telemarketing and marketing strategies to generate leads Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and agency standards Represent the agency through community involvement and social media presence Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience (insurance preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Bilingual (Spanish required) Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (required prior to start date) Valid driver's license Comfortable with in-person client meetings and networking Basic computer and CRM proficiency Preferred Life Insurance License, or willingness to obtain after hire Benefits Life insurance Paid time off Flexible schedule Ongoing training and career development Why Join Us?
