Responsibilities:

Generate New Business:

Work with provided leads and referrals to prospect and generate new business—No cold calling required.

Quote & Bind:

Provide accurate insurance quotes for auto, home, and life insurance products.

Client Management:

Conduct regular policy reviews and updates to ensure clients have the coverage they need as their lives change.

Cross-Selling:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to new and existing customers to help them protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes.

Education:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and state regulations to best serve our clients.

Schedule:

• Monday -

Friday:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Weekend availability required (as needed)

You are a people-person with a "customer-first" mentality. You have thick skin to handle rejection, but a warm heart to answer customer questions and build lasting relationships. You are organized, self-motivated, and ready to earn what you are worth.

Requirements:

Insurance Experience:

Licensing:

Active Property & Casualty (or Personal Lines) Insurance License (Illinois required).

Skills:

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Mindset:

Ability to handle customer objections with professionalism and empathy.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay:

$50,000.00 starting salary

Earning Potential:

$100,000.00+ per year (Base + Commission/Bonus)
