Travel:

~3 days per month across IL, IN, TN, PA, and TX.

Compensation:

We are seeking a Bilingual Field Marketing Trainee (Spanish/English) to join our team. You will learn how to build and support relationships with independent insurance agencies across IL, IN, TN, PA, and TX while gaining hands-on experience in a field-based, relationship-driven role. What You'll Do Learn how to support and grow independent agency partnerships Gain exposure to auto insurance products and distribution strategy Serve as the primary liaison between agency partners and AFIC Conduct regular agency visits, trainings and product presentations Identify and appoint new agency partners aligned with company strategy Gather market intelligence and provide insights to leadership Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Product, and other internal teams to support agency needs Stay informed on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends

Requirements:

Bilingual Spanish Bachelor's degree preferred Outgoing, friendly personality Ability to do overnight travel ~3 days per month across IL, IN, TN, PA, and TX to meet with existing and prospective agents Excellent writing, communication and presentation abilities Have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle and an acceptable motor vehicle record Self-motivated and able to work independently Attention to detail and high quality of work Ability to think on your feet, problem solve and find solutions expeditiously Strong networking and relationship-building skills Quantitative skills a plus Proficiency with technology, primarily Microsoft Office•Word and Excel Benefits AFIC offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package to support you
