Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Weekends Off Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Valid Indiana Property & Casualty Insurance License. Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. Develop and present insurance proposals that align with client objectives and our product offerings. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Manage a pipeline of leads, following up diligently to close sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and client support. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer the best advice.
