We're looking for Benefits Advisors to work on a specific campaign through our carrier partnerships — focused on supplemental insurance, ancillary plans, and benefits consulting for individuals and small businesses. What You'll Do Meet with clients to assess their benefits needs and present coverage solutions (supplemental insurance, telehealth, ancillary plans, and more) Build and manage your own book of business through a mix of warm leads, referrals, and outreach Leverage our advanced market team for complex cases — you focus on relationships, we help with the heavy lifting Stay compliant with HIPAA and state insurance regulations in all client interactions What We Offer Robust training program: classroom, case design, and ride-alongs with producing agents Access to an advanced markets team for financial referrals — you never have to turn away a client One of the lowest vesting schedules in the industry A platform that spans group benefits, retirement, and life & health — room to grow in any direction What We're Looking For Prior experience in insurance, benefits, or financial services sales (required) A self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and time Strong communication skills — you know how to explain complex products simply Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one Bilingual candidates are a plus Why Civitas We built Civitas because the industry needed a better independent option.
