Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenwood, IN, for a Bilingual Insurance Agent. The responsibilities include assisting clients in understanding and selecting insurance products, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and providing tailored solutions for health and retirement needs. Additional duties involve conducting one-on-one consultations, educating clients on policies, and ensuring high-quality customer service to support financial and insurance decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage with the ability to guide clients in selecting suitable coverage. Experience in Finance, demonstrating knowledge and understanding of financial products and retirement planning solutions. Strong Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support and build lasting client relationships. Bilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with clients from diverse language backgrounds. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus. A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.
