You will be responsible for understanding their needs to offer products that can help them achieve their personal goals. Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
