Paid Training P&C License Required and Life & Health license. We will pay for the training and taking the test the first time. I provide all the leads and tools necessary which will result in uncapped earning potential. Farmers Insurance is in a perfect place to capitalize on the Kansas Market A fast paced agency is looking to fill sales positions. The position is full time with a relaxed sales environment. Salary + Commission + Bonus Structure! •Paid Holidays annually with paid vacation• Position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process. Salary Range:

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Career minded vision. Currently possess a property & casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license or the willingness to obtain one. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Ask each client for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each client contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity. Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
