Insurance Sales Representative Pineville, LA Pay Rate:

$12.00 per hour + Commission (With a chance for a bonus!)

Prospect and develop new business through referrals, networking, and lead follow-up. Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage. Sell and service auto, home, life, and other insurance products. Maintain and grow an existing book of business. Educate clients on policy options, coverage limits, and premiums. Prepare quotes, applications, and policy documentation. Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Maintain accurate client records in CRM and agency systems. Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and compliance requirements.
