Job Summary ASG Group Insurance Agency is looking for a motivated, licensed entry-level insurance producer to join our growing team. As a Producer I, you'll learn our systems, build client relationships, and generate new business while working toward licensing and career growth within a clear path to Senior Producer and beyond. Responsibilities Complete all assigned onboarding and training Learn and use agency systems and procedures (AMS, quoting tools, etc.) Properly document and maintain client files Assist clients with their insurance needs Generate new business and follow up on leads Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service Requirements Active Louisiana Insurance License (required) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Willingness to pursue additional licensing (Health & Accident, P&C) for advancement Professional appearance (business casual or approved ASG apparel) Compensation & Growth Commission eligibility begins after meeting monthly production standards Clear path to Producer II, Senior Producer, and Senior Insurance Agent Licensing incentive raises available for Health & Accident and P&C licenses
