Commercial Lines A well-established and growing insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a diverse book of business, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, and partner closely with producers to deliver exceptional service and insurance solutions. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused insurance professional who enjoys client interaction, problem-solving, and helping businesses protect what matters most. Prior Commercial Lines insurance experience and a Property & Casualty License are required.
The Job:
Manage a book of Commercial Lines clients and provide proactive, consultative service. Partner with producers to support renewals, account growth, and client retention. Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and new business accurately and efficiently. Review coverage needs, identify gaps, and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding coverage, claims, billing, and policy servicing. Collaborate with carrier partners to resolve underwriting and service-related issues. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen client relationships.
