In this role, you will actively promote and sell tailored insurance solutions designed specifically for agribusiness clients, helping them protect their livelihoods and assets. Your proactive approach, combined with excellent communication skills, will empower you to identify client needs, negotiate effectively, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals eager to make a meaningful impact in the agricultural insurance sector. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including field visits and community networking to generate new business opportunities. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance products that align with their unique agricultural operations. Manage sales administration tasks such as preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new agribusiness clients. Provide ongoing customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims or policy adjustments. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, including understanding of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) where applicable. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related sectors. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to clearly articulate product benefits and address client concerns. Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills for tracking performance metrics and market trends. Knowledge of marketing principles to develop targeted campaigns that attract agribusiness clients. Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism. Familiarity with benefits administration processes relevant to employee benefits packages offered through insurance plans. Active Property & Casualty Insurance Licese or willingness to obtain license within first 45 days of the job. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
