Exteriors & Restorations is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our growing insurance restoration team serving Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. We specialize in helping homeowners navigate storm damage insurance claims for roofing, siding, gutters, skylights, and exterior restoration projects. If you're currently selling roofing, storm restoration, solar, windows, siding, HVAC, pest control, alarms, or other commission-based products and are looking for a larger opportunity with uncapped earning potential, we'd like to speak with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform roof and exterior property inspections Identify hail, wind, and storm-related damage Generate and manage leads through prospecting and referrals Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process Assist customers throughout the insurance claim process Meet with insurance adjusters during property inspections Review insurance scopes and identify missed or overlooked damage Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with project management and office staff throughout project completion Help ensure projects are completed successfully and customers remain satisfied
LEAD GENERATION
This role combines company-provided opportunities with self-generated prospecting. Door-to-door canvassing, neighborhood marketing, referrals, and relationship building are major components of this position. Successful representatives are proactive, outgoing, and comfortable generating their own opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven sales experience required Roofing sales experience strongly preferred Insurance restoration experience strongly preferred Experience working with homeowners insurance claims is a plus Storm restoration, construction, exterior remodeling, solar, or in-home sales experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable with door-to-door prospecting Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
