Build lasting relationships with regular check-ins, policy reviews, and exceptional ongoing service. Consistently surpass sales targets with a focus on long-term client loyalty. Stay current on industry developments and maintain thorough knowledge of Farmers Insurance offerings. Qualifications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for sales success Strong organization, time management, and ability to work independently Sales or client-facing experience is a plus (not required) Willingness to obtain or maintain a state insurance license (Life, Property & Casualty) Bilingual ability is a plus Why Farmers Insurance?
