Insurance Sales Representative

Overview:

We are seeking experienced, high-performing Sales Representatives to join our growing insurance team. This role is ideal for proven closers who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and want access to unlimited leads and strong earning potential.

What You'll Do:

Engage with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs Present and sell insurance products with confidence and professionalism Manage and follow up on a high volume of inbound and outbound leads Build and maintain strong client relationships Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record as a top producer in sales (insurance or related industry preferred) Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience required (insurance experience a plus) Property & Casualty (P&C) license is not required , but preferred Candidates with an active P&C license will receive a $500 sign-on bonus

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary + uncapped commission structure Unlimited, high-quality leads provided $500 sign-on bonus for licensed P&C agents Ongoing support and growth opportunities
