This role offers hands on training inside a high performing Farmers Insurance agency, where you will learn the skills needed to grow a book of business, build lasting client relationships, and understand what it takes to run a successful agency. Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred or willingness to obtain Sales or customer facing experience preferred Strong communication and relationship building skills Goal oriented, coachable, and driven to succeed Self motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and agency provided leads Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products Cross sell additional coverages to strengthen protection and improve retention Deliver an excellent client experience from first contact through ongoing service Maintain organized records and follow up consistently to manage pipeline activity Participate in ongoing training and coaching to develop sales and leadership skills
