Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Highly motivated and competitive personality Confident communicator comfortable making outbound calls Coachable and receptive to feedback Driven to meet goals and improve performance Strong discipline and follow-up habits Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license Willingness to obtain a Life & Health license Responsibilities What You'll Do Generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and agency-provided leads Consult with clients to understand needs and recommend protection solutions Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance products Cross-sell coverage to strengthen household protection Follow up consistently to build trust and long-term relationships Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
