Responsibilities Connect with prospective clients to learn about their needs and discuss life insurance solutions. Build strong client relationships by providing professional guidance and support throughout the process. Learn and apply company systems, processes, and product knowledge through training and mentorship. Educate clients on available coverage options and help them understand solutions that may fit their goals. Conduct client conversations and presentations in a professional and consultative manner. Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication. Develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills while growing within the life insurance industry. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities. Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable insurance guidelines. Qualifications No previous insurance experience required; training and licensing assistance are available for qualified candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and connect with others. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new professional skills. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth. Ability to work independently while following company training, systems, and processes. Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms. Interest in helping individuals and families protect their financial future. Pay range and compensation package This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Compensation is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential. Performance-based incentives are available based on individual production and results. Income is based on your activity, dedication, and success.
