Position Overview The Licensed P&C Insurance Agent is responsible for assisting clients with identifying, understanding, and selecting insurance products that best fit their needs. You will educate clients on coverage options, provide tailored policy recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and renewal process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build trust with clients while representing the SWFL Insurance commitment to professionalism, accountability, and community-focused service.
