You'll engage with diverse customers, identify their insurance needs, and guide them through the process of securing comprehensive home and auto policies. Responsibilities Actively pursue new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach. Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs to recommend suitable home and auto coverage options. Engage in negotiation to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly and addressing client questions with professionalism. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing customers. Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and expert advice. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Strong negotiation skills combined with analysis skills to assess client needs effectively. Ability to handle telemarketing campaigns and conduct outreach via phone or in person confidently. Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a plus for compliance awareness. Multilingual capabilities enhance your ability to serve diverse communities effectively.
