This is an opportunity for a proven professional to align with an established organization, expand their book of business, and work alongside a highly respected leadership team. We are looking for a seasoned advisor who wants to increase production, elevate their client base, and operate in a high-performance environment with strong support and long-term growth opportunity. What You'll Do As a Senior Financial Advisor, you will play a key role in both client acquisition and revenue development.
Responsibilities include:
Bringing and transitioning your existing book of business , sphere of influence, and referral relationships Conducting client meetings focused on comprehensive financial planning, retirement strategies, annuities, and insurance solutions Meeting with high-net-worth and established clients currently serviced by Betcher Financial Group Performing client reviews with a focus on identifying opportunities for: Asset consolidation Insurance and annuity optimization Retirement income planning Risk management strategies Building long-term client relationships through education, service, and consistent follow-up Collaborating with internal support staff to ensure a high-level client experience Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements This is a true senior-level role designed for an advisor who is confident, consultative, and capable of driving revenue through both new business and relationship-based client expansion. Expected annual earnings:
$125,000 - $350,000 Top performers in this office earn above this range based on production.
