•Sales Focused:
Proactively make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance. Meet with new business prospects and deliver compelling presentations. Assist with quoting personal lines insurance and follow up with customers to complete the sales process. Build relationships with referral partners such as mortgage lenders and real estate agents. Maintain product knowledge and create brokerage quotes and applications. Visit properties for field underwriting and take photos. Cross-sell to current customers.•Service Oriented:
Assist with incoming phone calls and help resolve billing issues and policy transactions. Deliver outstanding customer experiences.What We're Looking For:
Skills:
Positive, upbeat attitude. Outstanding follow-up abilities. Excellent communication skills (phone, written, interpersonal). Ability to prioritize and transition between tasks quickly and efficiently.Traits:

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Must obtain property & casualty & life insurance licenses within 30 days of job offer Candidate does not officially start until licensed.Compensation & Benefits:
