• State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Dave Melle State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Apple Valley, Minnesota for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance.

This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth. Responsibilities Call prospective customers, explain their coverage choices, and follow through to bind new policies Schedule meetings and walk potential customers through each step of the sale Keep your activity log and sales pipeline current in the agency database Deliver on outreach quotas and monthly sales benchmarks Attend training sessions and work through licensing coursework Qualifications New to the industry?
